Green Jadeite ring with gold granulation

Oval-cabochon green Jadeite, 9.05 carat (weight 1.81g)

Production steps

Step 1 : Produce fine gold 9999 granules.

Step 2 : Sort gold granules by size.

Gold granules with a diameter of 1.2 mm

Step 3 : Cut and polish Jadeite to yield a green oval cabochon.

Step 4 : Produce a low oval cylinder for the making of the gold bezel.

Step 5 : Cut out an oval gold plate on which Jadeite stone is placed.

Step 6 : Produce a gold bar with an oval cross section.

Step 7 : Bend the gold bar and shape it into a ring.

Step 8 : Weld gold parts together to form a ring.

Step 9 : Modify the shape of the bezel and add texture on it.

Step10 : Weld gold granules around the bezel.

Step11 : Set and fix the jadeite on the bezel.
